Cara Delevingne meets Lana Del Rey with a bit of a punky party girl edge, Ferreira is gearing up to rock the music/modelling/acting world. With campaigns for CK One, Saint Laurent Paris and Forever 21 in her back pocket, team fashion are definitely sitting up and taking notice. Now, with the release of her debut album tabled for any day soon (the actual date keeps changing but we'll keep you posted when we hear of something concrete), it's team music's turn.
No newbie to music, the 20 year old whirlwind got her first record deal with Parlophone at the age of 15. A couple of singles, a bit of public Katy Perry slagging and plenty of unwelcome music label manipulation later, Ferreira decided she was barelling off in the wrong direction and pulled the plug on the deal. Now working with producers, songwriters and a record label (Polydor) that are much more her, Ferreira has veered away from the bubble gum pop route. And we're thanking the music Gods...we're head over heels for the new Sky sound and given the recent music press furore, it seems the rest of the world is too. While we wait on the edge of our seats for the album release, here's a little peek at the Ferreira Tour de Force...
