Mice Advice: Aintree Ladies' Day Attire

Our lovely friend Rachael tweeted 3BM recently with a mice fashion dilemma! She's off to Ladies' Day at Aintree in April and is looking for something special to wear but on a teacher's budget (her words not ours!) Here goes...


The Mice Advice
One of the biggest social/style days in the North West so looking the part and standing out from the crowd is a must. The dress code is much more laid back than at Ascot which means you don't have to wear a hat and can take a bit more of a fun approach.  Our advice would be anything but black and opt for an unusual brand to avoid any embarrassing twin dress disasters. Our hot to trot top picks Rachael are as follows...

Sessun summer dress from ASOS, priced at £145. Comes in three jewel coloured options with the potential to dress up or down. For Aintree, team with high heels and a chunky necklace to add that statement edge.

From the ASOS collection, this embellished beauty will have heads turning left, right and centre and priced at a reasonable £120. Classy and standout - the perfect combo in my opinion...

This little number from Motel is the right amount of sass and dress-up and priced at £42 it will leave you with enough pocket money to splash out on a killer pair of heels for the big day too.
